As one of the most experienced fertility specialists in Australia, and one of the founders of IVFAustralia, Graeme has spent more than 30 years’ improving fertility outcomes for his patients. He has a special interest in ovulation stimulation and the treatment of unexplained infertility. As a Christian, Graeme is particularly respectful and understanding of the ethical issues surrounding fertility treatment.

Graeme’s approachable manner and sensitivity puts his patients at ease and he is also able to bring some humour to challenging situations. Graeme’s key area of expertise is ovulation induction and Unexplained Infertility. He often helps some patients avoid more invasive treatment by exploring this option first. However, if IVF offers the best outcome for your needs, his understanding of advanced science ensures he can be with you at every step of this journey.

He is Associate Professor in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of New South Wales, and initiated and ran the largest ovulation induction clinic in NSW, at The Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney. He has performed over 7000 treatment cycles for patients who had ovulation problems or unexplained fertility. These patients did not need IVF.

Previously he was a senior examiner for the Australian Medical Council, and an honorary senior medical officer at the Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney and the Prince of Wales Private Hospital in Randwick.

Graeme is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist, a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a member of the Fertility Society of Australia.
